Administrative Rules Review
Pursuant to Executive Order 10, issued by Governor Kim Reynolds on January 10, 2023, IFA is required to review all its administrative rules by September 1, 2024. Following publication of a report of the review, IFA will rescind each chapter and repromulgate rules that are necessary to keep no later than December 31, 2024. The Iowa Finance Authority provides access to public records pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 22.
Requests for open records may be submitted via email to [email protected], by phone at 800-432-7230, by mail or in person.
In most cases, staff will confirm the request within five business days. Staff will attempt to fulfill records requests promptly; however, the timing of the release of records will depend on factors such as the scope of the request, the nature of the records requested and the availability of staff involved in fulfilling the request.
Expenses for fulfilling a request will be charged to the requester according to the following guidelines:
