The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is offering another webinar Wed. July 20 at 1:30 p.m. for those lenders who were not able to make the Military Homeownership Assistance Program webinars held last week.
All MHOA partners (including but not limited to Loan Officers, Processors, Closers, Post-Closers and Managers) are required to attend a brief training before they will be able to offer the program to homebuyers. After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
Please note: The MHOA program will not be accessible in Lender Online until you have attended the training.
